Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Landscape Bands. We appreciate your support and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
We currently offer the following shipping option for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) — $3.99 flat rate
- Free shipping on all U.S. orders of $39 or more
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package's progress through the carrier's website.
4. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
We are currently unable to ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 7 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at shoplandscapebands@gmail.com.
We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
6. International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.
