Refund policy

At Landscape Bands, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not marked as Final Sale or otherwise designated as non-returnable.
To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be in the same condition you received it.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email shoplandscapebands@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item to the return address provided using a trackable shipping service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly replace it at no additional cost.
At this time, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like a different design, you may return your unused item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Gift cards, if offered in the future.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shoplandscapebands@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item.
We'll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
